Prayer in sujud for forgiveness of all sins

Arabic original

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي كُلَّهُ دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ وَأَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ وَعَلَانِيَتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ

O Allah, forgive all of my sins: the small and great, the first and the last, the public and the private.

Allāhumma ighfir lī dhanbī kullahu diqqahu wa-jillahu wa-awwalahu wa-ākhirahu wa-ʿalāniyatahu wa-sirrahu
