اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

English translation
O Allah, forgive me for my past and future sins, what I have done secretly and what I have done openly. You are the One who brings forward (al-Muqaddim), and the One who delays (al-Muʾakhkhir), and You have power over all things.

English transliteration
Allāhumma ighfir lī mā qaddamtu wa-mā akhkhartu wa-mā asrartu wa-mā aʿlantu anta al-muqaddimu wa-anta al-muʾakhkhiru wa-anta ʿalá kulli shayʾin qadīr
